Prison Ministry

Despite COVID-19 challenges, “Sowers of Love” groups continued offering pastoral and psychosocial support to inmates, showing remarkable resilience. Detained women engaged in income-generating crafts, with some supporting their families and children's education. As activities resumed, Rabagirana was granted space to train new facilitators and prepare long-term inmates for reintegration, including genocide-related cases.

Universities

Rabagirana partnered with CEP and GBU to train 125 facilitators who reached over 26,000 students with healing and reconciliation efforts. Campus activities included workshops, unity clubs, and dialogue sessions. Many participants later became church leaders, reflecting the program’s lasting spiritual influence.

Churches and Organizations

In partnership with Kicukiro churches, Rabagirana brought together genocide survivors and perpetrators to form solidarity groups promoting reconciliation. Some groups evolved into cooperatives and youth clubs, fostering lasting unity. A Gahanga group built Iriba ry’imbabazi (“Spring of Mercy”), a shared water source now benefiting over 200 community members.

Trainings

In Training ,Rabagirana is launching CECECE to offer leadership, counseling, community development, and discipleship curricula across Rwanda. The center will be promoted nationwide, inviting financial support for wider access. A resource unit and multimedia studio will help extend its reach beyond Rwanda through digital platforms
